Crunchy Parmesan Chicken Strips

Now... after that last post I felt it was my duty to share a delicious chicken strip recipe that can easily be made into nuggets as well. It quick, easy, NOT PROCESSED CRAP, and it will be a big hit at home I promise. Make you think TWICE about pulling through that drive thru because you're too tired to cook. Especially when you see the difference in price. Fast food is not only bad for you it's expensive!

So enjoy my friends... Make sure to try as you go... like I do haha. Plus you can make just about anything for a dipping sauce to pair! And homemade fries or sweet potato fries are a great pairing!



Crunchy Parmesan Chicken Strips






  • 1/2 cup crushed cornflakes
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into strips
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 3 tbsp. oil


  1. Combine cornflakes and parmesan. Season chicken; dip in egg, then cornflakes. Cook chicken in oil in nonstick skillet until golden, 6 minutes.
