Here's a cocktail that tastes just like a Gingersnap cookie!
Ingredients:
1 oz domain de canton ginger liqueur
1 oz vodka
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
Ice
Cinnamon stick
In a cocktail shaker combine all ingredients. Shake Well. Strain into martini glass and garnish with a cinnamon stick
